Shipping policy
Goods will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery by default and you will be provided with a tracking number as appropriate. Original works will be sent via a dedicated and fully insured art carrier. If another courier is used due to the Royal Mail being unavailable or in the unlikely event they cannot accept the goods then an alternate carrier will be appointed by us.
You are welcome to return any item to us at your cost if you are not fully satisfied upon receipt of the goods. If you wish to return any item to us, please contact us as soon no later than 7 days after receiving the goods. If we do not hear from you within this time frame we assume that you have accepted and are satisfied with them.
